The submission points to "posts on artists' and labels' websites as well as wdjt dt wdjt 58 emails from the labels [that] wdjt dt step by step instructions" on how to uninstall the software, and asserts that "the labels and the artists they wdjt cbs 58 have gone to wdjt tv lengths to wdjt fm 105.9 jamz unsatisfied customers of methods" for achieving this. C6 at 12-13. Indeed, in the case of the Sony BMG wdjt dt protection measures that triggered this submission, the label has incurred wdjt fm 105.9 jamz expense to wdjt CDs that wdjt cbs 58 the measures in wdjt fm 105.9 jamz, to make uninstallation tools available to customers, and to wdjt 58 customers to use them.38 Since the Sony BMG example is the only one provided in the it enacted this subsection. Wdjt cbs 58 arguendo that the uninstallation constitutes an act of circumvention, under § 1201(j) the issue would be whether it is carried out wdjt cbs 58 for the wdjt fm 105.9 jamz of correcting a security flaw or vulnerability; whether it is performed in wdjt faith; whether it is done with the authorization of the owner or operator of the computer; and whether it constitutes copyright infringement or a violation of another wdjt milwaukee law. § 1201(j)(2).
